The Challenge

The client required a modern conference space that could support hybrid meetings, high-quality presentations and day-to-day collaboration. The existing setup lacked reliability, with inconsistent audio, poor video clarity and multiple disconnected systems that made meetings difficult to manage.

The Solution

We designed a fully integrated AV system tailored to the room’s layout and usage. A large-format 4K display was installed for crisp, impactful presentations, paired with a professional-grade video conferencing system to support seamless remote communication. Ceiling-mounted microphones and discreet speakers were carefully positioned to ensure clear, balanced audio throughout the space. All systems were unified through a simple control interface, allowing users to start meetings, share content and manage the environment with ease.
